OPERATIONS The times listed below are my normal operating hours. If there is ever a time when you need care outside of these hours please speak with me directly to see if a change can be made to accommodate your needs. WEEKLY SCHEDULE Smiles for kids will be open according to the following schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00 AM TO 6:00 PM Arrangements can be made for other times and weekends. HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS Holidays are paid whether your child attends care or not. Smiles for Kids will be closed on the following holidays. Please arrange for alternative care on these days. New Year’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Friday after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day RATES My rates are as follows: Weekly $125.00/wk Daily (6 – 8 hours) $25.00/day Hourly (up to 6 hours) $3.00/hr An Additional charge of $3.00/day applies to evenings after 6:00 PM and weekends These rates may be discussed with the provider and modified as needed. Discounts for multiple children may be given. Please refer to the contract for rates for late fees and other miscellaneous charges. |
